Clean Up The City

Clean Up the City is a dynamic project by the Civic Joy Fund – now in its second year of uniting communities for a cleaner, more vibrant San Francisco! 

With 10 cleanups across 8 neighborhoods, we partner with Refuse Refuse, DPW, and local community groups to bring people together to clean our streets and take pride in our neighborhoods.

After each cleanup, volunteers enjoy a free communal brunch, and participants also receive exclusive discounts at local small businesses as a thank you for their hard work. You can join us every Saturday or Sunday across San Francisco for an hour-long clean up and help us keep our City beautiful!
